SAPI has introduced a monthly debit order system for all Corporate and Associate Members. Our aim is to ensure sustainability of the management functions and an easier billing and payment method for members. The University of the Free State and The University of Birmingham (UK) were awarded a joint ESRC/NRF higher education grant in October of last year to study Urban Planning education in South Africa. As part of this project we are conducting a survey to assess to planning practioners views of the appropriateness, usefulness and impact of the current urban planning curriculum in South African Higher Education
