The International Society of City and Regional Planners (ISOCARP) and the Dutch Local Organizing Committee (LOC) welcome you at the 51st ISOCARP Congress. The theme is “Cities save the World. Let’s reinvent Planning”. Mpumalanga SAPI AGM

The Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act (SPLUMA) is to be implemented on 1 July 2015. As this time draws near, there is still uncertainty regarding the content of this law, its implementation, and the implications for spatial planning and land use management in towns and cities in South Africa. It is hoped that this will provide further insight into the understanding of SPLUMA.
